Arrival Open 24/7. Make sure to go to the reception when you arrive. If the welcome officer is out, please ring the intercom. Arrival and departure Open 24/7, you may enter and exit as often as you like, using your Parking City Pass Metro: Hôtel de Ville (lines 1 and 11). 2 minutes' walk away is the Chatelet - Les Halles station with the RER; lines A, B and D and the metro; lines 4, 7 and 14. Hôtel de Ville car park is virtually opposite the Pont Notre-Dame. All you have to do is cross the Seine to discover the beautiful sights that make up the Île de la Cité: Sainte Chapelle, the Conciergerie and Notre Dame Cathedral. On the other side of the island are the Place Saint-Michel and Rue Saint-André des Arts, both just three minutes' walk away and well worth the effort... North of the car park, and again just three minutes on foot, is the Beaubourg quarter and the Centre Georges Pompidou. How to enter?

Upon your arrival, approach the terminal entrance.
To enter: scan the QR code indicated on your reservation form. After a few seconds, once the QR code is read and recognized, the machine will issue an exit ticket. Be careful, take care to keep it well. The gate will then open to let you in. Then park in any free space.
If the gate does not open, you can use the intercom to communicate with the agent on site, who will explain the steps to follow.
To exit car park: please use the ticket given to you on your arrival. If you exceed the time of your reservation, the machine will ask you to pay the supplement directly on site to be able to leave.
For your information, you can arrive up to 10 minutes before the time indicated on your reservation form so that your QR is recognized.
