1. How much does pre-booking cost ?
The booking fees are entirely free if you pre-book in the automated car park booking service : Parking CityPass. Therefore, you will not pay anything more than if you go directly to the car park, AND you are sure to have a parking space !
There are fees only if you make a request in the assisted car park booking (except in car park members of the Parking City Pass network) because there is a research made from your different criterias. The fees are always indicated on the estimate that is sent to you.
2. Where are your car parks located ?
We have many partner car parks located in Paris. Some of them prefer the Parking City Pass booking service, and the others use the assisted booking service.
We cannot yet pre-book in a parking space outside Paris.
3. What are the opening hours of the car parks ?
It depends of each car park. We recommend you to check the Parking City Pass delivery hours as well as the opening hours on the car park’s fact sheet.
Parking City Pass delivery hours : The Parking City Pass allows you to go in and out the car park whenever you wish to. Therefore, it is very important that you keep your voucher on you at all times. A pass is given to you when you arrive at the car park’s reception. But the reception desk can be closed, especially at night, on week-end or on holydays. So it is very important that you arrive when the desk is open. The opening times are always written on the car park’s fact sheet : verify them before booking you Parking City Pass.
Car entry and exit hours : In most car parks, you will be able to go in and out as many times as you want to, as long as you keep your Parking City Pass with you. 4. How can I pre-book ?
If you want to pre-book automatically, just choose the car park that you want in the list, or on the map, then click on it. You will get on the car park’s fact sheet. Verify the maximum height, the opening hours, and the other informations. You can then fill out the form which will take you to the payment platform.

5. What happens once I payed ?
A few minutes after your payment, you will receive an email containing two attached files :
-The first one is a voucher, that you have to keep and show imperatively to the car park attendant when you arrive.
-The second is a access map to the car park.
The car park also receives the voucher, which allows him to know that you have pre-booked, and at what time you are supposed to check in.
6. Will I be guaranted a parking space if I pre-book ?
Our management system guarantees that spaces will be available for the customers who have pre-booked. A member of the car park’s staff will show you where to park, or will park your vehicle for you.
7. Will I have to leave my keys to the car park ?
In the majority of instances, yes, but it is written in the car parks’ fact sheets. If it is the case, when you arrive, a valet will take care of your keys and your vehicle. The car will be closed and the keys put in a safe place.
When leaving, you should go to the reception office. Your keys and car will be returned to you.
8. How soon in advance do I have to pre-book ?
To ensure you a parking space, the car parks need to be notified, in advance, of your arrival. Therefore, pre-booking on our website will not be possible less than 48h before your check-in.
9. How long can I stay in the car park ?
We offer passes from a few hours to one month. If you wish to stay more than a month, contact us by email at contact@parkingsdeparis.com
We will find you attractive subscriber’s prices.
10. What happens if I decide to stay longer in the car park ?
You have made a reservation for a limited time. If you wish to extend this time once you are in the car park, then go directly to the reception office and ask if it is possible to stay. The extra time will have to be paid directly to the car park.
11. What happens if I arrive in a vehicule with a different licence plate to the one I registered when I pre-booked ?
The licence plate number is important to us and to the car parks, but the voucher is what garantees your booking. Therefore, if you show the voucher to the car park, there will not be any problem, but they can ask you for an ID.
12. Which methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.
13. What happens if I pre-booked but cannot come anymore ?
In this case, please let us know as soon as possible.
14. Do you provide refunds?
You will qualify for a refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your time of arrival scheduled on the voucher. We will then reimburse you everything but 6 euros ATI which is an indemnity.
Parkingsdeparis.com will not refund anyone who cancels less than 72 hours before the arrival time scheduled on the voucher.
15. I am experiencing difficulties with your pre-booking system, who should I contact ?
You can contact us by email at contact@parkingsdeparis.com. We will answer all your question as soon as possible. We are reacheable from 9h30 AM to 6h30 PM, mondays through thursdays, and from 9H30 AM to 4H30 PM on fridays. We are closed on week-ends and holy days.
