A large car park open 24 hours a day in the heart of the new Très Grande Bibliothèque library district.

This large car park (with 1000 spaces) is located next to the François Mitterrand Library and near the National Sport Museum and numerous major stores including Darty, Décathlon and the MK2 cinemas. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has two entrances, one in Rue Neuve Tolbiac and the other in Rue Émile Durkheim. It also enjoys easy access to the Paris Metro (line 14) and the RER suburban rail network (line C), while the Voguéo water taxi has a stopping point just in front of the François Mitterrand library. By taking the Pont de Tolbiac, this car park is less than 10 minutes on foot from the Village de Bercy and Bercy Expo. By taking the Simone de Beauvoir footbridge, it is 6 minutes on foot from the POPB (Paris Bercy Omnisports Centre).
