The customer area

The benefits of having a customer account

Creating a Customer Account costs nothing. Your Customer Account will enable you to :
  • Access your previous reservations
  • Download your Reservation Slip if you have lost it
  • Download your invoices
  • Modify your personal details
  • Cancel an existing reservation and receive a refund, on condition that you cancel BEFORE your arrival (Please see the General Terms of Sale)
  • Modify an existing reservation (you can change vehicle, change day or change arrival time, on condition that you do this BEFORE your arrival)
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THE TIME OF ARRIVAL
