Parking City Pass user's guide After choosing your car park you should complete the reservation form and pay via our secure payment area. You will then receive two separate e-mails containing the following attachments that you must print : The receipt for your bank Card payment which includes your Voucher number. Your Voucher (reservation slip). You can also download an access map to the car park from the web address shown in the message accompanying the Voucher. The car park is informed of your arrival and a parking space is reserved for you. When you arrive, if the car park has a barrier, take a time-stamped ticket before going to the reception office to exchange your Voucher for your City Pass. If there is no barrier, you should go directly to the reception office. In both cases, be sure not to forget your payment receipt and your voucher, which constitute proof of payment. If you think there is a risk that you will arrive late, please be kind enough to inform the car park staff. You will find the telephone number on your voucher.

The car park is easy to reach as long as you take rue du Temple (a one-way street) before its intersection with rue des Gravilliers and rue Pastourelle. The car park includes three basement levels. The car park reception office (please see the opening hours) is on level -1 near the escalator. Outside opening hours, you can still enter and leave the car park by using the interphones situated at the entry terminals and at the automatic payment machine, which are connected to the video surveillance office. Local attractions include: the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers (school of science and technology), the Pompidou Centre, the National Archives, the Picasso Museum, the Carnavalet museum and the Cirque d’Hiver (the “Winter Circus”).
