You can reach this car park by taking the underground road system from rue Coquillière, rue du Pont-Neuf, rue des Halles, or rue de Turbigo. When you arrive at the car park, present your Voucher at the reception desk. It should take you around three minutes via the escalators in the shopping centre to reach the Châtelet-les Halles station where you can catch the RER B, which will drop you off in front of the Stade de France in just a few minutes.
